Portions pour 2 servings:
1 banana
1 apple
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Peel and cut the apple in small pieces. Heat a small pan on low fire and put the apple, the sugar and the cinnamon. Cook 10mn and add the banana cut in slices. Stir from time to time taking care that it does not burn.
Serve when the banana and the apple are soft.
Excellent for breakfast on cereals, brunch or dessert!!!
